It always surprises me when I find gray hairs in between all the luscious black (ok, dark brown). There used to be just one or two that I kept plucking. They've been showing up for years. But, this past year the number of grays have shot up. It seems that every time I part my hair I find at least one. And they're generally about an inch long. Where are they coming from? Could Sidney be the cause of my premature aging?? Surely not! But I AM aging prematurely; I am.

don't worry. i got them too - and am as yet childless. i even got a gray eyelash! and a returning hair on my chin, which C. was the first to notice and always pulled out for me.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the keyword in the "prematurely."
