Often when I'm riding as a passenger I look at all the cars around me and the windows in buildings and think about all the different types of people that make up this world. Every day just driving to work I pass hundreds or thousands of people. Looking up at one apartment building I'm looking at the homes of thousands of people. I wonder what their lives are like. They must have problems like I do. Are they just as bad? Are they worse? Are they not as difficult to deal with? Of course, all are true. I just wonder.

[this is weird - i can swear i already left a comment...]

that's a feeling/thing we all need to hold onto - to think of others and wonder. can we do it? if we did - could we effect some good change in the world?

I know what you mean. I tend to people watch and just wonder what people's lives are like. What are they going through? When I was going through my divorce no one even knew it ... so when I see someone else I'm always thinking.

It's funny because I always think when you're talking to someone, you don't know what they're going through...how their day has been, or what's on their minds.
i agree with you notyouraverage, if we always had that in mind, would we treat people a little differently?
