You would think that there would be a certain amount of relief on your part once you have delivered a product to a customer. Not necessarily. Any relief you may feel is quickly and greatly overshadowed by a nerve-wracking waiting period as the customer finds time to review the work. In my case, that period lasted over 24 hours! In the end, the customer and our contact were impressed, which is good, of course, because that should mean more commercial business.
